Refund policy

At Magical Unicorn Life, every item is unique and produced only once you order it. Because our products are custom-made for you, we do not support returns or exchanges for incorrect size/color selection or "change of mind."

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we are here to make it right.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

In the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a full refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

How to resolve an issue:

  1. Do not mail the item back. We do not require the physical return of damaged goods.

  2. Email us at support@magicalunicornlife.com.

  3. Include a clear photo showing the damage or the manufacturing error, along with your order number.

  4. Once we verify the issue with our production partner, we will either ship a replacement to you at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and start the replacement process right away.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size or color ordered by the customer.

  • "Change of mind" after the product has been sent to production.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at support@magicalunicornlife.com to initiate an EU return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your photo evidence and let you know if the refund or reprint was approved. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
